Shipping policy

Shipping:

• Orders are processed and shipped within 14 -21 business days (depending on your selection)

• Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and are the responsibility of the customer.

• Once shipped, delivery times depend on your carrier and destination.

Damaged or Defective Items:

• Please inspect your items upon delivery.

• If an item arrives damaged or defective, contact me within 7 days at land@abenaart.studio or via my website contact form.

• I will gladly offer a replacement or store credit at my discretion.

Returns / Exchanges:

• All sales are final. I do not accept returns for refunds.

• Commissioned artwork is non-returnable.

Shipping Responsibility:

• I am not responsible for items lost or damaged during shipping, except for cases where the item arrives damaged or defective (see above).
